FixEm3

Even though it looks half finished, this is a fully working version.
I've released it so people can test it and get some feedback.

Points to note.
Clicking a 'To Start' button wipes out some info : linked teams, prefix dates, league and team dates (and maybe some more)
Club names, team names and some other stuff will be retained.

When entering team info make sure that the teams are entered in club order or the prog will get confused!

Linked teams will *NOT* have matches arranged on the same day

Green cells - this is where information is typed in eg, the club/team name, a number or date
Cyan cells - an empty cell means 'false' or not set. Cell will change colour when something (a space is all that is needed) is entered. Colour change happens when you move to a new cell.

Clicking the 'FixEm!' button does twenty attempts at fixing the matches.

Use cut'n'paste to copy the fixed matches. Column headings are self expalanatory. Use Excel's sort function as required.
